Eureka Dunes sunset. Death Valley.

I am new to 4x5 format. I took a trip to Death Valley this past Spring

to play around with it for the first time. I would appreciate some

criticisms.

The texture in the sand looks great. Nice sky as well.

Hello Andrew, I share your fascination with the Southwest and hope to migrate there one of these days. In this composition I find all the textures and implied motion in the sand very appealing, it has a strong graphic design that's ever changing with the wind.

Thanks for the comments. Chris H, I shot it on T-Max and then took it to the local lab for processing. They gave me a scan of the image.
