Nice portrait and nice expression on the model, especially the way she stares at the camera with a slight smile. The graininess of the photo, and the washed-out background, makes it seem like it's an old photo. That's not a bad thing though.

It was good attempt to make the picture simple, and it could be done like that, but you overlooked a couple of important elements - actually maybe I would say - you've added unnecessary elements here. The brick wall on the right disturbs rather than complement, black no tone torso captures no attention - it's negative space, tones are over contrasted and you left some unidentified stuff at the bottom left corner - other than that it's really interesting portrait. You got wonderful model in well managed pose here.
