image rights and also the forums code of ethic.

7/7 para que suba en la clasificacion y todo el mundo pueda ver la artistada. Lamentable, y penoso. No comprendo como puede actuarse asi, la foto pierde todo el valor personal, cuando se falsea y, ademas, con el trebajo de otra persona. Lo dicho, lamentable.

This is not tolerable here at PN, Saul! Mr. Ali Sena is a well reputed photographer and this is a crime he has committed, he must apologise to you and delete the picture in question and you must be brave enough to forgive him!

Hola Saul, Evidentemente los 7/7 son para contribuir a que esta foto sea vista el maximo posible, para que sucesos como este salgan a la luz y dejen de producirse en lo posible ya que desgraciadamente el plagio es algo que no existe solo en la fotografia y es dificil de erradicar.

Suelo acceder a la pagina para deleitarme con muchas de vuestras imagenes, pero creo que todo tiene un limite. La situacion que has destapado merece de un acto de repulsa generalizado. Espero que los responsables tecnicos la pagina tomen alguna determinacion. Un saludo.

Hola Saul, lamento todo esto que esta pasando. La verdad es que no se como pueden suceder esta cosas. Respecto a los 3/3 de Sebastian Romero y Chema Segundo Segundo, te dire que son galerias dobles de un viejo conocido, vete a los rating altos de estos dos personajes y veras un denominador comun. No te digo nada mas, a buen entendedor con pocas palabras basta. Un abrazo.

This is exactly why most of the web photo community galleries are loosing their reputation and not atracting many of the profesionals or serious amateurs.

With some exceptions, most of the popular galleries are plagued by grossly altered and manipulated images that may atract a lot of votes by their "cartoonish" appearance, but have no photographic merit whatsoever; not to mention what we are seeing in this case (which happens a lot more than we think!), which is the classic example of a cleverly done "digital image or composition" (not a real photograph), and

an inexcusable copyright violation.

It just so happens that this is not the only time this person has done this, and who knows how many more out there!

In my opinion, this type of violation merits permanent banning from this web site.
