This is the same as the blue, right? Pretty like this and the addition of the people is nice, but I still love the blue...just sayin' :)

Ken, where are you? I was hoping to meet you and your traveling companion, and now I'm on my way home. Did you ever get to Susan's?

Ken, I like this version best. Nice balance between ambient and the incandescents on the tower. Once the old eyes focus on the people I think they add an intesting element to the shot. In the other version the illumination along the pier is overpowering & thus doesn't make my cut. Now a version where the pier lighting would more closely match the ambient..........well, that would be another matter. My bet is that you have enough editing and posting to carry you (& us) through the winter. Looking forward to it. Best, LM.

Len - Wellllll we've been 'stuck' in Jackson Hole, Wyoming with transmission 'issues' - so we can add 11 days in Grand Teton and Yellowstone to the mix of 'editing' tasks to my already huge backlog of images from the last 4 months or so - frustrating but it's a good problem to have I suppose ...... I have 30 or so shots of this Lighthouse - and probably one as you describe .... I very much appreciate your visits Len - thanks Buddy ... !

 

Kim ! - sorry I missed ya'll - we got as far as Jackson before the tranny started acting up - it was under warranty so that part ws not an issue - but the red tape involved in getting it replaced took 5 days - then another 5 days to get the new one installed ..... We'll find another way to get together soon - Big Smile - nice to see you ... !

greek islands are especially very romantic for lovers! btw. my favorite place on crete is a little village named elounda, if you ever go to crete, u should take a break there!:-)

Really nice, great atmosphere. Bali, Crete is also recommendable, it`s a small, beautiful village:):)
