Pity I cannot see his eyes, (shooting portraits in the harsh light conditions isdifficult) . I keep asking myself why is the wire there, why included in the portrait? cheers Jana

The reason why you cannot see his eyes is on purpose, the photo was manipulated on purpose because as you cannot see his eyes, you cannot see his tribe either. If you want, I can send you the original photo where you can see his eyes. The wire is there because it is all that there is, you can see the sky, the man, the wire...it is all part of the same picture. If I were to take it out, I would be misleading others and hiding what is actually there. The eyes are different, they were hidden in order to express my idea. It is not a fashion shoot, where things must be perfect. This is reality, it is crude.

thank You for Your explanation. Still You have to explain what we are looking at... Maybe if You took the image with WA, we could see the surroundings and You would not have to explain.. I like the image, it is unusual, that is why I reacted and I wanted to know more. I also did not suggest You have to take the wire away! Can You post the original? jana
