This is one of the best results from my 4 rolls of Provia shot in

Florida this month. Being my first experience with transparency film,

I learned what works and what doesn't regarding exposure...namely that

one should never ever over-expose it. I knew it would be an

experiment, though, so I wasn't upset by the thin exposures in the

bunch. From now on I must remember to throw out my usual metering

habits when exposing slides.

What do you think? What could be improved? I plan to print this one,

will it be a good candidate for kodak metallic paper? (Dale offers it).

Sanibel is a beautiful place and this really brings it back to me. Having shot hundreds of thousands of rolls of chrome, I know how difficult it can be for someone less experienced. I see you learned quickly not to overexpose. Learn to meter exactly and correctly for the highlights in your image and let everything else fall into place and it'll always work.
