carl smith 0 Posted June 18, 2002 It seems soft, which may just be a result of the scanning, so I suggest you USM it some to make up as best you can for lost sharpness in the scanning process. Also, the contrast is low and murky which I do not like for this type of shot. I think you need to do adjust the levels in photoshop (or whatever), or adjust in scanning. Also, it's hard to say, but the horizon doesn't appear straight. I'm judging that off the top of the building actually, which is in some ways more important to have straight than the foreground IMO. stefaan 0 Posted June 18, 2002 Kodak launched the NC and VC professional film. This picture was taken with the NC 160 and the Summicron 50 at f 16 and 1/30 second. No filters. I am astonished about the result. And indeed, you should see the picture in an "analog" way. S. Link to comment
