I would have to say that this folder is one of the best ive seen on here. Very unique & orginal. I have a big fasination with macro photographer, would please explain little more on how you made these great shots. thanks. 9/9 ( folder )

Thanks for the kind words Michael. I am only an amateur photomicroscopist and still learning how to get good images with a microscope. However, first thing you should do if you want to try these techniques is to get yourself a decent microscope with good objective lenses, and a camera adapter. There is not room here to get technical, so I will recommend a Kodak publication, Photography Through the Microscope, available through Edmund Scientific and elsewhere. I think this is the best publication of its kind, and it should enable you to get good photomicrographs. Once you have the equipment and the know-how, you can get as creative as you want. My favorite images appear at first to be something theyre not. I strive to be less clinical with my photomicrographs and, rather, look to artforms in the microscopic world that make the viewer want to investigate the image.
