Night, from my front porch

Hi Andrew! You've got interesting colors in your photo, but for my eyes it's a little bit too busy. The foreground is obviously distracting and you have too many things going on without having a specific subject to stand out. But still, the lighting looks interesting to me, especially in the upper half - cool and warm colors combining softly. I just realized - the foreground is a table, right? Regards, Mihai.

Yes, it's a table in the foreground. And you're right -- there is no subject. Well, the subject is my front porch at night, but there's no main subject as a focal point in the photo. Is that bad?

 

I submitted this because I really liked the colors and shadows, but I wasn't sure about the composition. I tried a number of times to change it -- but my street is a kind of ugly and boring.
