wel, for one of your first pictures it's not bad(you should see mine firs pictures :)

I know it's certainly hard to shoot at night, the black area on the bottom, are kind of taking a lot of space and make you focus on it more rather then the rest.you can crop it from the bottom, and make so the city area would take 2/3 of the picture. I think that would make a big difference.
