jeffl7 0 Posted July 12, 2007 Stunning shot. A great variation of some of your previous posts. It's interesting that both the parts of her that exist in the drab world and the colorized world are beautiful. The difference may be in her own perception of herself, not in others' perception of her. Link to comment

lonebearimages 0 Posted July 12, 2007 This is incredible, like all of your images, Madalina! I so admire your creativity and superb artistic talents. This is simply magical and divine; like reading a great novel in just this one image. Cheers! Chris Link to comment
Alx 0 Posted July 12, 2007 It is a brilliantly conceived image. I think it would be better if you remove some details that catch the eye needlessly (see attachment). Bye, Alx Link to comment
madyiordache 0 Posted July 12, 2007 Thank you everyone for your appreciation <3 Alex: I appreciate your suggestion. Sometimes I too fear that I'm adding too much detail. However, in this work, the details, in my opinion, are necessary both for the symbolism and for the balance of the composition (the "leftovers of civilization", as opposed to the alive inhabitants of the "beautiful world" as seen through the glass)). Alx 0 Posted July 13, 2007 Ok ! and thank you for this explanation. But, if you want to emit a message, I think, you should "blacken" more the ugly civilised world. The opposition between ugly and beautiful world is not enough outstanding. The spectator's attention is not attracted by the strength of the message but by the technical performance of the composition. You must equilibrate the attraction between message and design. Congratulations for your talent. Alx Link to comment
jordache 0 Posted July 14, 2007 nice .I think ..just my opinion..I will put less objects in "spring frame"; it`s laden with 3 butterflys- I prefer one or two-but I really like it.. I like you site name..it`s homonym name with my wife name..:) Link to comment
michaelseewald 237 Posted July 14, 2007 Well executed in all departments. I'd crop just into the moon for a balance that would be stronger in my eyes. I really love this piece, so much for so little. Blessings, MS Link to comment
