I would like this image more if it had more energy: colors, contrast, implied motion, camera angle, etc. As it is, there's not much to draw me in. Try copping so the boat has more room to the right to move into. You might want to discard some of the very dark sky and foreground water. I'd try to make the boat stand out more from the water.
