ejc-photo 0 Posted June 13, 2002 He was playing bluegrass music in the middle of Bourbon street in New Orleans. I really tried to capture the music in the photo. Link to comment
shai1 0 Posted June 13, 2002 I think that you did a great job of capturing the moment. I would like to see you darken the left side of his face I think that that would make it even better. Link to comment
christian deichert 1 Posted June 14, 2002 Ah, that high, lonesome sound. Nice shot. You don't see too many left-handed banjo pickers. Link to comment

howard_glazer 0 Posted February 9, 2003 I agree with shai zohav comment. I think its a really nice photo, but the printing could be adjusted. I think the top of the photo should be crop out till alittle bit above the guys hat. The background isn't too pleasing, and too much makes it distracting. Yet with the crop, you are still able to tell that this guy is performing on the street. I would also come down in contrast. Do you see how his shoulder on the left blends right into the bright sun on the street. There is no tonal difference, and I am pretty sure his shoulder isn't the same tone as the street. But these are all printing related. A print can always be corrected, but the content in the photograph cant (after taken, in street photography) and you have good content here. Link to comment
