What a beautiful image. And what a great capture of the poverty and strain of life in rural China. I like the open cropping of the image, instead of drawing in tight on the face; her surroundings set the tone of poverty she exists in.

I'm not as much a fan of your color images (nothing wrong with them; it's just that your B&Ws are so incredible), but the intense red and the patterned dress is a vibrant burst set against the unlit blackness of her shop, and the dusty door sill and blocks would not have been as effective in B&W.

Again, a very beautiful image.
