kayleighe 0 Posted July 10, 2007 The colors and contrast in the photograph are beautiful. Did you edit them on the computer or just through your lens? I love your use of perspective and line. Link to comment
ianward 0 Posted July 10, 2007 The only thing that was added was a slight vignette to darken the edges. the light was superb at the time and to top it all the jet ski arrived at the right on cue! Thanks for your comments. Link to comment

olafdevries 0 Posted July 11, 2007 Light and the the grey-blue sea couldn't be nicer. The creamy white track of the boat, the upcoming contrasting wave and the foamy first one couldn't be wished on a better place. Related to the body of the viewer, it does mean three times a bonus! Call it luck, for mostly afterwards we see that. Just luck? At that moment this photographer did see the harmony, felt it. Probably his eye was following the boat and roughly the nearest wave. That's already nearly to much! So, the watching was connected with the feeling. "Now", he felt, otherwise I'm too late, and did shoot. We call it: feeling for the moment. Feeling for photographing. Ian you got the basics. Recieved that eye. This photo is the prove! One can't arrange this. It isn't "to burst" without exploding of the camera. And it isn't to buy. Yes, it is "luck" together with a good eye, for good eye's do know and sometimes meet that typical "luck!" As if the situation or timing of their presence already was prepaired.. Ask them!
