J. Perez 0 Posted July 8, 2007 Absolutely wonderful bridal portrait with great technique. However, the composition bothers me a little. It feels like two separate pictures split at the middle. A square crop filled by the bride and her dress or one having a little more at the bottom and less at the top might be stronger. Cheers, J Link to comment
danbliss 0 Posted July 8, 2007 It is an amazing, beautiful image. Wonderfully conceived and captured. It is possible that the image would be stronger if a bit of the top were cropped off, but I am probably wrong. In any case, it is a wonderful image. Nicely done. Dan Link to comment
atkphotoworks 0 Posted July 8, 2007 Kenvin, I love the image and the vantage point. I would however go with less space on top I think. Her dress is like a sea which she immersed in, I love the visual. Link to comment
anthony_r 0 Posted July 8, 2007 Yup. Crop in from the top and we have a serious winner. You could maybe even lose a tad of her dress at the bottom as some is already missing. Nothing wrong with interrupting that circle in this case. Excellent concept. EDIT: Upon closer inspection I see why we aren't seeing it any bigger. I think this crop might work better. rogro 0 Posted December 21, 2009 It is perfect. Cropping from the top could ruin the feeling of immersion of the girl into the autumn soul.Congratulations! Link to comment
