Should I have tried a polarizing filter if I had one?

I don't think that a Polarizing Filter would have done much. The colours of the image are very natural, not pale but also not over saturated. Since there are no clouds, which I believe, are always or almost always enhanced by a Polarizer, you don't need one for this either. This is a lovely shot. I like the three trees amongst the barren rock, proving that life can sprout just about anywhere. Well seen and well photographed, Carol....Bert
