This is the best composition I have seen in several weeks. The left track coming out of the bottom left corner was no accident, it's beautiful. Exposure is very close, maybe a tad dark in the lower left. Some fill flash would probably do the trick. You have a few leaves with a shine, use a polorizer next time. This is a fantastic shot and deserves very high marks. Thanks for sharing.

What an amazing picture. The lighting is beautiful. I too am a big fan of train track pictures and this one is incredible.
