Guest Guest Posted July 31, 2007 What a wonderful image, classically captured, composed, and presented. I love the perspective, which captures all of the story and scene and gives me such a wonderful sense of the great sky. Excellent handling of a difficult lighting situation and thanks for reminding me of one of my favorite genres of movies. There are great details here, all of which add up to a very rich photo. jeffl7 0 Posted August 2, 2007 Look at the sky! I get the feeling that if you stepped a couple paces to the right, you'd see nothing but clouds. After living a decade in Texas, I miss these scenes. Great B&W treatment. Can we all come out for a bowl of beans?? Link to comment
susan stone 0 Posted August 16, 2007 You weren't the only one Fred that this image reminded them of the good ol' Western movies. I appreciate your comments, you really did "look" at this image! You're living a long ways from Texas now Jeff, do come for that bowl of beans some day. Yes Jana, just like from "High Noon", in fact it about was! Link to comment
