This reminds me of a book cover illustration for some reason. Maybe it's the trees in the left center, rising up a bit like a skyline. I love the way blue, green, and white dominate the view.

 

If it were me, I would try cropping some of the foreground to get rid of some of the scum on top of the water.

 

Any technical details to share, like aperture (obviously small), or filters (polarizer)?
