johne37179 29 Posted June 27, 2007 I would be interested in the specifics of the exposure. I have always liked images in a different time frame than my own -- faster and slower. Wonderful image. It does appear a little burned out i the white of the falls (could well be the photonet image and not the original) and I wonder about the dark "J" in the upper right. Link to comment
jasonsmith894 0 Posted July 3, 2007 Thank you all for the comments. John - this was taken at about 14mm on a sigma 10-20mm lens. It is an HDR of about 6 exposures. The first exposure was taken at 1/6s at F16 at ISO 100 with a polarizing filter. I then shot over/under at 1/3 stops. I used Photomatrix to combine the images, then converted the images to B&W using PS. Thank you again for the comments! Link to comment
jasonsmith894 0 Posted July 3, 2007 I forgot to mention, the J in the upper right hand corner is completely unintentional; to be honest, I hadn't noticed it until it was pointed out. I agree, the water does appear a bit burned on the web, but it is certainly less so on the computer. Nevertheless, I will see what I can do about that. Thanks! Link to comment
johne37179 29 Posted July 3, 2007 Jason, I love that lens. I've had mine about 9 months and it is the one that stays on the camera. Link to comment
