alfredomunoz1 0 Posted June 26, 2007 I don't think its bad, I do like all the movement and the man expression. Was it done with digital? high Iso? Link to comment
rapo 0 Posted June 26, 2007 Yes, about 1000iso, F2.8 wide open, in very dark condition. On the D200, the noise is curiously rather pleasant at high ISO, reminding somehow the film grain. Link to comment
helmut 0 Posted June 26, 2007 Its not that bad, but could be improved. Capture the drummer while he is drumming. The exposure is a good length as you have caught movement in the other drummers hands. A tighter crop to eliminate some of the 'clutter' which does not add to the image. A wider aperture to reduce the depth of field so that the clutter that is left is not as prominant. One or more of these in my opinion would help. As said its not bad though. I love the grain and the fact the the atmosphere has been caught well. Mono conversion is excellent and the right choice for showing this. With the very best wishes. Paul. Link to comment
Link to comment
