mark_oehler 0 Posted June 6, 2002 That is great. Special technique or just a lot of patience? Link to comment
stevemontanino 0 Posted June 8, 2002 Stellar work. Take out a little blue and cyan - and then you got some portfolio work here. Link to comment
elliot 0 Posted June 10, 2002 the juxtaposition of the dirty faucet with the clean, clear water droplet works well. I had been contemplating a similar shot with using a nice, new, shiny faucet. Link to comment

leonardo_querzoni 0 Posted June 15, 2002 It takes a bit of patience...32 shots to obtain two suitables photos. I choose this one. The other one have a "lone" drop flying in the air. Regarding colors, I've yet lowered blues and cyans: the shot you se here is near to B/W compared to the original one ! ;) I like the colors actually. I've tried also a "full B/W", but I think that yellow and green spots give a better "dirty" impression. Thank you for your comments. Link to comment
jodie coston 0 Posted June 17, 2002 Wonderful. Color and composition are absolutely perfect. Link to comment
c7huber 0 Posted June 21, 2002 Great shot, and I like the color balance you have here... and the reflection in the drop of water is great. Cynthia Link to comment
cali 0 Posted October 25, 2002 I like this shot. The colours are very nice, almost monochrome. Composition and lighting are alright - I really like the contrast between the drop and the rest of the scene. The shot is great especially if we consider the usual shutter lag of digital cameras. Congratulations. Link to comment
tim_cull 0 Posted November 16, 2002 I like the contrast between the shiny, perfect drop and the decaying faucet. I think it would help if the faucet itself were a little darker so the detail on it doesn't get washed out. And, of course, good timing capturing the drop at just the right moment Link to comment
