ela 0 Posted June 22, 2007 I am learning depth of field with my new awesome lens. This setting was f1.4/1600... it was a pretty dark room. Please comment. Link to comment
kenrick 0 Posted June 22, 2007 Considering the lack of light as you mentioned I think you succeeded quite well with the colours and DOF. A little sharper in the foreground would enhance though. Link to comment
birnel 0 Posted June 22, 2007 THis photo really jumped out of the screen even in the tiny thumbnail size. I like the soft feel, but I would like the foreground to be in sharper focus. I can't believe how great this looks at 1600. Well done. Link to comment
sonneland 0 Posted June 22, 2007 A very simple image, well thought out and nicely presented. Well done!! Link to comment
jxiong 0 Posted June 23, 2007 love the shallow dof you chosed but the flower in the foreground seems a bit oof and the background seems cluttered and distracts away the attention of the main subject, the flower to the left.. juz my 2cents worth eh! ;p Link to comment
