Thank you all.

Ger, I was so tempted to use Jan's explanation. But here is the real excuse ~ the "Ultimate Bread" book's title did not fit the crop [was on the other end] without revealing the full title, so turned it upside down. Then I randomly picked another book to turn it upside down, so that more than one book is turned. Would you have preferred all the books in the same manner?

Oliver, I agree with the reflection. Is it very distracting? At first I wanted to clone it out. I didn't do any image manipulation [other than the frame and crop] and thus I left it alone. By the way ~ this is a 20 second exposure @ ISO 100 & F29, focal length of 65mm.

Anthony, hmmm I like your idea. Light source in this shot was just the light peeking thru the sky light in the dining room. I did try [on my first three shots] different light sources, but nothing fancy. I am open for suggestions [as always].

Title of the Gold book ~ "Leaves of Gold" an anthology of Prayers, Memorable Phrases, and Inspirational Verse & Prose.

What if you had a light behind and a bit up from the books shinning down, then shot these from farther back so that they cast a shadow leading to the viewer?

The textbooks are very well stacked in a disorderly way to give depth to the image. The titles itself is also most interesting. Well cropped & framed of a simple subject yet many have not thought of it. Great shot.
