jcg23 0 Posted June 20, 2007 Its not HDR! only basic cuves adjustments gave a rather surreal feel to this image. Link to comment
ffrank 0 Posted June 20, 2007 It is rather rich with detail isn't it. It's almost 3D. I like the composition too. Good photo Jane. Link to comment
lonebearimages 0 Posted June 20, 2007 Jane, this is another really great image! Excellent perspective and depth-of-field. I particularly love the point-of-view you've utilized, down low. Amazingly moody sky. With grey sky, grey tones in the rock wall and the house, combined with the green you do get an almost duotone effect. The turquoise window frames add a vibrant splash of color to the bleakness. Great eye for seeing this one, Jane! Well done! Cheers! Chris Link to comment

daryl walter 0 Posted June 21, 2007 Great picture Jane. Verging on a bit too much PS work for my taste but not quite there. Especially like the composition. Link to comment
jcg23 0 Posted June 24, 2007 In the outer hebrides, on the border between Harris and Lewis. There are so many abandoned cottages in the outer hebrides, you are spoilt for choice. Jane Link to comment
