Nice repeating pattern - good balance, color adds lots of interest, black background isolates. Excellent shot.

 

To my mildly OCD eye - the 3 missing pencils needed to complete the hexagon combined with the slight tilt of the verticals create a sense of impending chaos or perhaps deterioration. That impression is reinforced by the rough wood near the pencil points. Cool shot. Grabs the eye and then tells a story.
