It Grew On Her

I don't think that there is too much foreground. If you were to lessen it then the visual impact of the woman would be lost. As it is the first thing I noticed when looking at the photo was the trees and then the highliting on the forground flora led my eye up to the woman lying there. Her odd position in the vegetation is kind of curious, leaving a question in the viewers mind as to what is happening. The way the light just touches her higlighting her thigh, hip and so on is a nice subtlety.
