composition. How can I make it really catch a persons eye? Thanks

Well Michelle, I've gotta say, you've done a great job dealing with a difficult lighting situation. My advice is to adjust the contrast with curves to give it more punch. Also boosting the saturation helps usually. Here's what I would have done,

Try this shot again closer to dawn (or dusk). A little more fog with the sunrays being more horizontal would do it for me. Otherwise, this is already a respectable photo.
