Fabulous colors and detail here. I like the OOF flowers of the same colors, but not the white in the background. It takes my eye off the subject. :) KW

Try getting rid of the white spot in the background...though your flower is colorful, one gets attracted to the white spot in background.

Thank you Mandar and Kasey. That answers my question. I had toyed with whether the white OOF blob was a benefit or not because it was so nicely placed directly in front of the mouth of the flower and almost looked blown out by the flower. But, you're right, it is distracting from the focus of the image.

beautiful contrasting colors...lots of ways to rid yourself of the white spot if needed, possibly small doses of the patch tool or even sample the green and brush in on a new transparent layer set to color blending mode...regards....David

I do agree with the white spot... but... it doesn't bother me that much. This shot is so amazing! The colour is perfect... beautiful composition and detail.
