sarah_newton 0 Posted June 9, 2007 Not sure if flower needs to be sharper? Thanks for looking. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted June 9, 2007 Great capture of the bee. Cropping up from the bottom might be an interesting alternative with the inside of the flower turned into a half-circle pedestal of sorts. That's not a suggestion, just an alternative if you want to remove the soft foreground. Link to comment
torfinn 0 Posted June 9, 2007 A very good macro again Sarah. Good colours, details, and DOF. Thanks for your kind comments. The good details was from a Jaguar. Best regards, Torfinn. Link to comment
photis santamouris 23 Posted June 9, 2007 What's your subject? If it's the bee, then the sharpness is excellent, and a little more cropping,as Jeff suggested, wouldn't hurt.Your brave reaction gave me a real pleasure. Thanks for sharing.PS.I know Sigma makes very sharp lenses. Link to comment

mendonphoto 0 Posted June 10, 2007 From what I can tell, focus is just right. The head and wing are sharp. Good job. As others have said, it would be interesting to see one or two other crop alternatives. Link to comment
