Pilar Andujar: Dress Rehearsal at the Joyce Theater in NYC

I had to alter this picture in photoshop (see original in gallery). Could I have done a better

job? Any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated.

I think you did a good job. Brightening up the background to bring out the musicians adds quite a lot to the overall effect. The background is quite grainy and noisy but that's due to the high ISO you had to use I'm sure. One other item, the lamp on the right is distracting but it's nothing that a little Photoshop work can't fix. Overall, I really like this image.

i like the capture becouse the dancer's pose express high energy, furthern underlined by the very lateral light from the left... was it only on stage lighting or added some flash?
