jimk1 0 Posted June 2, 2007 Great view and very nice composition. I really like the subject. Although I think the HDR could be toned down a little given the halo effect where the hill meets the background of sky and water, as well as the 'grayness' of the rock. On the positive side though, I'm sure it helped add extra drama to the sky in addition to your use of the polarizer filter. I would maybe like to see a little more saturation in the colors of the buildings. All in all, a very nice shot. Jim K. Link to comment
clayton_m 4 Posted June 2, 2007 Great composition and scenery. My only quibble is that the PS manipulation is a little too obvious, as mentioned by previous comment. Best regards, -Clayton Link to comment
stephenfenech 0 Posted June 3, 2007 Although I too second some of Jim's suggestions on this image, I still believe that this is a truly amazing shot. Apart from the overall sharpness and detail it contains, this image is beautifully composed. Finally, after having attempted to do some HDR images myself, I can only appreciate the effort that went on in order to create such an effect. An awesome shot in my humble opinion. Link to comment
fujimike 0 Posted March 29, 2009 Typical looking HDR. Unfortunately dosen't work for me as looks un-realistic but the composition is ok and wih a wonderful sky scape i think you could have produced a wonderful image using photography not digital manipulation. Link to comment
