dotbob 0 Posted May 31, 2007 Thanks everyone for the good words. Nicholes and Robert, you give me too much credit. Chicken of the Woods is the common name for this mushroom. It's so name because its taste and texture resemble chicken more than you would think a mushroom could. If you supermarket has wild mushrooms, you may find it there too. regards bob Link to comment
