The expression and the light are wonderful! I find those yellow flowers in the back a bit distracting, but apart of that it is a really nice shot!

Thank you for taking the time to comment. Ya don't get much of that around here anymore. Usually just senseless ratings. Interesting perspective on the flowers being a distraction. She actually asked to have her picture taken in front of teh flowers. I saw them as a nice contrast in colors. But it would be interesting to see if the lack of flowers in the background would make her POP more! Or maybe even had her stand a bit further away from the flowers and used a shallower DOF might have been more effective. Not sure if I'd be able to reproduce this moment. But thanks again for your comments. Looking forward to seeing your portfolio grow.

Love everything about it. The tones remind me of old photos that have been colorized. LOVE it!
