would have been nice if the whole insect was framed...don't like the fact that the tips of the front legs are annoyingly cropped off.

 

otherwise it would have been a great photo.

Peter, I have been doing some macro of bug faces too with my canon xti and 100macro lens and I really admire your creation of this image...can you tell us more about how you do this? Thank you all. Sorry my bad english. Exif: effective f36 (f18), 1/500 s, iso 400. Raynox CM-3500 is set 3 lens: diopter +6, +12 and +24. Yes, you can use this lens on Canon 100 macro.
