would have been nice if the whole insect was framed...don't like the fact that the tips of the front legs are annoyingly cropped off.

 

otherwise it would have been a great photo.

Peter, I have been doing some macro of bug faces too with my canon xti and 100macro lens and I really admire your creation of this image...can you tell us more about how you do this? How do you get such perfect focus, do you know what settings you used? By the way, all my grandparents are from Slovenia, we live in Athens County Ohio, USA. Thanks! Virginia

what does it mean "raynox CM-3500 to use +6 lens? Is this something I can use with my canon equipment? What a wonderful image. Thanks, Virginia Sustarsic

Thank you all. Sorry my bad english. Exif: effective f36 (f18), 1/500 s, iso 400. Raynox CM-3500 is set 3 lens: diopter +6, +12 and +24. Yes, you can use this lens on Canon 100 macro.

 

Virginia: ce razumes slovensko ti pa lahko bolj obsirno razlozim. Anglesko mi gre slabo in zato ne morem veliko napisat.
