alleykat 0 Posted May 14, 2007 I am a beginner photographer, My mom and dad bought me a camera for my trip to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, and I saw this huge fiddle (60 feet high) and thought it would look neat taking a picture upwards. Anyhow, I think it's an awesome picture, but I would like a comment from you, what do you think??? Thanks, Allyson Link to comment
elvis_grover 0 Posted June 20, 2007 absolutely brillient; I am by no means a professional in this area but i have seen many a photos with sunrises/sunsets,flowers,children photos and sceneries and by far this is the most beautiful picture i have seen the idea of a 60+ foot fiddle constructed perfectely is absolutly beautiful please keep up the great work as it would be a shame to lose someone of your natural ability to capture a truly original photo such as this. Thank you again the originality as well as beauty of this photo is truly unique to see im very surprised that your photo talent has not been discovered already. Good luck i hope to have the pleasure of seeing more work of yours in the very near future. Link to comment
hexenwolfe 0 Posted June 22, 2007 That idea of a sixty foot fiddle is why my earlier post is question marks. Is this a photo of a giant fiddle, or a macro close-up of a violin posed against a sky focused at infinity? A little ctitical thinking would make the viewer realize that a scale built 20 meter fiddle would require strings as large as bridge cables, and fretwork the size of automobile wheels. The detail of this piece is just too perfect an example of the violin makers craft to be a giant model. Link to comment
