Matthew, you take me too seriously. didn't you see my wink ;) in the above comment? tongue in cheek? i'm aware that you didn't take a pic of a painting and i was admiring your technique.

Ric no harm taken and none back at you. I have to be honest with you at the risk of sounding stupid and ancient. I am 39 years old an just got hooked up on the net 2 months ago so I had no idea about the wink symbol or what that was so I thought you thought I did it on the computer, seriously don't laugh cause it's true. I'm a virgin to photo.net also so your portfolio was where I thought you respond to critiques. No offense meant brother! I hope you don't feel as if I was angry with you cause I wasn't and i'm not. I love and respect the critique forum so please continue to view photos and I will check out your portfolio so I can respond onto your Gallery in the correct context, I look forward to it! the wink is just the colon key (lower case), and the closed parenthesis (shift zero)

I know the scan took some of the detail out of this but frankly it also made it softer. It is one of my favorite.
