I hv just joined Photo Net and this is the first ever site i hv posted pics and i hope to learn a lot from here. I will add more pictures after subscription, right now i hv limit of only 10. You are right that the Digital era has changed everything and photography now isn't it used to be. I m using digital camera but also slides. The quality of scanning is always a problem. I want to ask u about the resizing of image, when i reduce the large file to small size for web, i use the 'image size' option in photoshop and change the resolution to 72 dpi, but after that the quality of image gets poor, especially sharpening, even if i sharpen it by 'unsharp mask', it doesn't look better. Is there any better method to resize images.

Amir, you talked abt rainbows, believe me that this is the phenomenon i hv loved most and ran after very much, and i have a reasonable collection, but all on transparencies, and i know that whenever i get them scan, i wouldn't find quality results. Anyhow, thanks again for nice words. your portfolio is superb, some of the images are extremely beautiful.

wish i could be there. It would be awesome to run along this river :o).
