Walking through a vancouver suburb.

I'm especially interested in comments about how i could have improved

the balance of light and dark in this picture.

The tonal quality of the bottom left corner is lost.

I like how the midtones stands on their own in the background. It is interesting how this plays out here. Way down in the bottom just right of center there are a couple of little highlight sticking out. I'd rather they be knocked out to perfect the sillouette on low contrast background shout you've achieved. Nice!

I think this photo works very well as is. You might have some interesting results with a polarizer, though. I think that would cut the glare at the top and even out the lighting.

For the matter of light : I wolud be interested in seeing what happen if you compensate with the exp . (-2) and use the flash . I think that way you could compensate the shadow on the bottom left anf the light on the upper left .

For me , I like this kinds of photos cause they remember me what a nice place to be is a forest with mist .

I like the thickness of the air that you've captured. Have you done anything to the color?
