I have taken the chances to rate this image with the 7's, I like the exposure here , the slow shutter speed effect , the composition and the amazing saturation of the colors.

Looks like a good place to take pictures. I think both waterfall and rocks are interesting objects. But filling half the frame by them seems to create strong division of interest. I would include one or the other as main subjects to keep the interest in one subject.
