carlosmorel 0 Posted May 17, 2007 Eiffel tower from the bottom. Was there anyway i could have avoided the overexposed parts? Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 65 Posted May 17, 2007 Well, if you had gone to manual and shot it with the same shutter speed and same ISO but smaller aperture, that is one way, but there are others. . . . Unique angle for me, although I am sure that it has been done many times. --Lannie Link to comment
murphymj4803 0 Posted May 17, 2007 I would imagine shooting this image in HDR would seriously improve the image quality substantially. The HDR would thereby solve your overexposed dilemma. Link to comment
nm 0 Posted May 17, 2007 a nice angle though it is not very appealing. yes, hdr would solve this issue. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted May 17, 2007 If you use Photoshop, you might be able to recover the details by using curves, reducing the exposure, and selectively painting over only those parts that seem blown out. However, honestly I think this is a fine, graphic image. Link to comment

murphymj4803 0 Posted May 18, 2007 It stands for High Dynamic Range. Check this site out Luminous Landscape for a very good explanation. http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/hdr.shtml Link to comment
