hummingbird

This photo was taken off my back porch around 9 am (bright overcast

sky, no flash) with my Cannon 70-300mm IS on macro at about 4 ft

away. Exposure was ISO 1600, F5.6, aperture priority calculated an

shutter speed of 1/400th sec. Photoshop elements autosharpened and

cropped. Any comments would be appreciated.

Nice stoppage of the wings... You can use the levels to bring the detail out in the head area if Photoshop Elements does not have a shadows/highlite adjustment. I saw your comment on jeremy's hummer.... You get a chance stop by my folder , I've got a few Hummer's and other critters...
