I love it! I think it is quite artistic.

I like your use of blue in the subject rather than the sky or the water.

I might clone out those two little bitty bits of boats on the right. Just my opinion. You know what they say about that!

Nice processing to create an interesting image. Just a suggestion . . . you could try creating a moderately thick border with the same white as the sky/water which would make the image seem to float in space (the background for the standard PN display is a gray). This effect can be seen in the thumbnail and in this critique panel, but not in the regular display. It might not work but it might be interesting.
