This is from a slow local train in the countryside in Thailand. I did not

hide the fact that I took pictures, as you can see the boy was curiously

watching me as put the camera on my knee for a lower perspective and

took the picture without looking through the viewfinder. Your

rating/opinion of this picture is welcome.

The expression of the boy in the photo makes this photo. I like how you have lined up the chair lines and cut the two people in half. Great job!

I would crop out just the central portion of the image, the sides just distruct without contributing anything to the overall image.

I like the framing as is - I think the bits of people help establish that the train is a bustling place.

I'm on the "don't crop" team...

 

There would be a much reduced sense of the environment with a tighter crop, not to mention that there's a wonderful visual appeal to the symmetry of the "halved people".

 

I think this is a great shot, brilliantly judged (without looking through the viewfinder) and a perfectly captured "moment". Good Job!
