You fill the composition in a good way, not many "dead spots" (please excuse my choice of words). Though I think this shot would be improved by a bit more contrast, and maybe a different method of B&W-conversion. Just my opinion.

Susan, who can resist those eyes? I know I was shocked when I first met Chinese folks from the west who look quite different than those from the rest of the country. Beautiful people. Susan, I would try cropping the top down to the top of the girl's forehead and crop in from the left to lose the partial heads there. For me it creates a tighter image that holds together better. What do you think?
