I've had enough of you already!!!

I wonder if this image might not be more effective with more severe cropping, especially at the bottom. That would require paring down the top and sides as well in order to maintain whatever aspect ratio you prefer and maybe get the subject out of the dead centre. My purpose would be to simplify out distractions, such as the white area at the middle right, so as to effect putting the squirrel right in the viewer's face. The image seems sharp enough for this.
