vdp 12 Posted April 18, 2007 That steady gaze of the cat lends a sense of unwavering purpose and the curve in the tail gives a certain elegence to this lady. Also the curve in her tail is reflected by the curve in the far hedge. Very good. Link to comment
gady fishel 0 Posted April 18, 2007 Very nice ! I like the way you took the shot from almost ground level . Link to comment

andersson.stoby 0 Posted April 19, 2007 This is a very good cat-portrait. I like that you are going down in that low angle and you have captured that fine cat so well. The tail in the air and looking so determined. Very fine ligt too. / Regards Kjell Link to comment
bartimeus1 0 Posted April 19, 2007 Hello Sarah! Thank you for the comments and ratings! I appreciate them! I join to the thoughts of the other one`s and also add my own thoughts. I like the 3D-feeling in this one. To me, this looks very much like the cat could walk out of the monitor. The light and the shadows form this kind of perception to me. Very good depth of field, in this image, adds impact to this feeling of mine. Very fine image! With best regards, Alpo Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted April 19, 2007 This is one confident cat! I can imagine him/her saying, "Who's the lion. Ya, you know it. I'm the lion. I'm the lion." Lovely shot. The lighting and framing with the hedges really adds a sense of depth. As always, well done. Link to comment
