Here is a 100% crop of the original image, the actual size of the fly is about 2mm long, very small I guess is one of those fruit flies. Best regards.

Omar, over 20yrs living in Sarasota, I never saw a fly (insect) like this. More wildlife being imported.

Your photo, composition, exposure, cropping and most (or nearly as important) is your border.

Excellent work Omar.

Beautiful flower Omar. I never like fly, they grossed me out hehehe so I try not to see the fly :p. Sorry I'm so biased about fly and spider.. they're my biggest nightmare...

Hola Omar. This is an exceptional photo. As I said several weeks ago, you have a knack for capturing these little scenes with pinpoint accuracy. I like your work. Also, thanks for your nice comment about my portfolio. Like you, I'm a beginner with a lot to learn, but high hopes. Cheers.

It's a great shot, Omar. Personally, the cropping bothers me when there isn't significantly more room in the direction of the subject's line of sight, flight or direction of movement. It tends to make the subject appear as if it was put there, like a statue, instead of the impact of something caught in the act.

Beautiful Macro shot, though. Just got a new Macro lens, but haven't done much with it yet. You got my blood pumping.
