hopsage 0 Posted July 1, 2007 Good work on the exposure (especially since you had to blend a pair of exposures: that's hard work under any circumstances). Also, I like the choice to cut off the river with the foreground, as including the full curve would create too strong a line, distracting from the curve of the central ridge.Two things I wish were different. First, the non-level horizon is a bit jarring. I don't think cropping out the sky entirely is the answer, as this takes away some of the sense of scale. Still, I think a slight rotational crop would help. Second, can you do anything to bring down the brightness of the sky in the top right? It's almost blown out, and since nothing else in the image has that kind of brightness, the effect is very distracting. Link to comment
